Inner perimeter security team investigatory files, <1981>-[ongoing].

The Massachusetts Correctional Institution, Framingham, houses females sentenced to imprisonment, awaiting trial, or committed by the courts for alcohol or substance abuse treatment (MGLA c 125, s 16; c 123, s 35). Under the supervision of the director of security, the inner perimeter security team is responsible for investigating serious inmate infractions of institutional rules and keeping track of inmate property and mail. Investigatory files are created to investigate serious infractions of prison discipline such as drug use, credit card fraud, and escapes or attempted escapes.
